Our Shala
Mysore Venezia offers a supportive and welcoming environment where students can develop their practice individually while sharing the energy of practicing together.
Traditional Mysore-style practice allows each person to work according to their own experience, rhythm and capacity, with individual guidance from the teacher within the shared space of the room.
Beginners are welcome, as are experienced practitioners wishing to continue their practice while visiting Venice.
The shala is a place to practice, study, share and grow together — respecting the tradition while creating an atmosphere of kindness, attention and community.
Practice with us in Venezia
We welcome local students as well as practitioners travelling from around the world.
If you are visiting Venice and would like to practice with us, please get in touch.
Practicing in Venice offers the opportunity to experience the city differently — beginning the day quietly, before its streets fill, and allowing the rhythm of practice to become part of your experience of the city.
Whether you are new to Ashtanga or have been practicing for many years, whether Venice is your home or you are simply passing through, my wish is that you feel warmly welcomed and that your practice can unfold in an atmosphere of dedication, kindness and care.
